In honor of the first days of summer, here are some of the dishes I look forward to making. And unlike the NY Times (100*) or bon appetit (89) I’m limiting mine 8. Summer is always too short.
Chicken Cacciatore was always something I loved as a kid but has kind of gone the way of fondue and upside-down cakes. This is a “white” version of the old classic.
Yogurt, chicken, and potatoes—the ingredients for this sheet pan dinner are always terrific and this didn’t disappoint! Supposedly serves 4, but you won’t want to share.
