Mussels are one of my favorite foods, and so easy to prepare, it’s crazy that I don’t make them more often. This was an interesting variation, with cream and curry.
A friend of mine picked a bunch of kumquats recently and gave me a huge bag of them. Another friend made a delicious batch of kumquat chutney a while ago, so I asked for the recipe and got it.
There were a bunch of clementines of various sizes sitting on my kitchen counter when I came across this glaze (suggested for a ham). It’s one of those recipes that take longer to get the ingredients together (and to clean up) than it does to make it.
