I discovered stuffed tomatoes a long time ago in Paris and fell in love. Perfectly ripe tomatoes, stuffed with meat/sausage and other good stuff makes a great meal!
Paris in August means a lot of closed shops and restaurants and there are as many ways of saying “closed” as there are days in the month–you’ll see at the end.
