We fell in love with salmorejo (sal·maw·ray·yow) when we were in Madrid recently. It was just some light orange soup, until you took a sip and then all you wanted was more, more, more.
This is the first summer we’ve spent here and it’s been great! Lots of people here and on the beach, but it makes for better shows at the museums and the reopening of a favorite, Foundation Maeght. Enjoy!
