It had the air of an illicit deal…money was wired to an account. A rendezvous point was chosen—the Tête Carré (square head), a day and a time. But this deal involved some freshly made corn tortillas.
It’s almost spring and I had my best friend in Nice for 2 weeks, so there were lots of great meals and sightseeing. Hope you enjoy the slideshow as much as we did making memories.
Although I love artichokes in any form and have made them in lots of ways (except fried) I’d never thought to make my own marinated artichoke hearts, big mistake. These are easy and delicios.
