Some beautiful lemon fusilli was the jumping off point for this simple pasta with ricotta and spinach. It all comes together in the time it takes to cook the pasta.
There was some pork tenderloin left from the Thai Red Curry Pork and this looked like a fun way to use it up. Good peppercorns will make a big difference.
