Believe it or not, shrimp scampi is something I’ve never made and rarely ordered in restaurants. I bought some shrimp recently and suddenly scampi seemed like supper.
Spaghetti squash turned up in a recent CSA pickup recently and after taking up space on the counter. It was time to turn it into something interesting (not the easiest task IMHO).
Do you find yourself starting out making one dish and getting distracted by another recipe and completely changing direction? Meatballs always do that to me.
