Short Ribs Braised with Brandy

We had some beautiful short ribs & were looking for a change from our go-to ribs with bacon. This recipe with brandy looked (and was) great!

If you’ve never had radishes cooked, you’re in for a surprize! This is my version of the braised radishes Emeril Lagasse made one day.
