Spices: Does Freshness Make a Difference?

I decided to do some spring cleaning of my spice drawer. Would it make a difference? Would it be noticeable?
The quick answer is yes and yes! Wow!

It seems that there is almost nothing that wouldn’t benefit from some “limited edition pumpkin spice”. What’s the tipping point for you?
